Nefeli Village is a seafront villa development close to the traditional fishermen village of Nea Skioni (Kassandra Peninsula) in Halkidiki Greece. The distance from the airport of Thessaloniki is approximately 110 km. Nefeli Village summer estates was built in a large plot right in front of the crystal clear white pebbled sea. The plot has a slope to the hills behind the villas planted with pine trees, thus offering the combination of sea and mountain nature at the same time. The location of this development makes it very descrete and quiet therefore it is highly recommended for family vacations
Nefeli village consists of 24 brand new villas between 103-123 m2 all developed in two levels. They are organized in 6 blocks (A-F) of 4 villas each all with direct sea and mountain view! Block A is not available for renting as it is sold. All the other villas in Nefeli Village are for short or long term rental and some of them also for sale upon request.
Each villa (B-F) has its private garden from 300-900 m2 planted with lawn grass and they have depending on their size from 3 to 4 bedrooms. All villas have 2 bathrooms, a kitchen fully equipped, they are fully furnished and they share a large swimming pool. The sea is only 50 m away.
Nearby is the village of Nea Skioni where one can make shopping, dine in tavernas, have a drink in a cafe. The cosmopolitan village of Fourka is few km away where one can have also experience nightlife (clubs, restaurants etc).
All relative facilities to summer vacations like sea sports are available nearby. The extra feature of the villas is that one can walk in the forest behind Nefeli exploring the nature or can have mountain bike.
