Who We Are

George V. Tolis has been involved in Real Estate since 1994. He holds a B.S. degree in Physics from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, an MSc degree in Materials Science & Engineering from SUNY at Stony Brook, New York sponsored by the U.S Dept of Energy and a Diploma in Human Resources fom ITD London. He has previously worked in Senior Business & Real Estate Managerial positions in companies such as McDonald’s, Nissan, PanHol Developments etc. 

Through IHOR and previously GeT Real Estate Ltd, he has been involved in various Hotel-Office & Retail development and company re-engineering projects in Greece and Romania.

He possesses deep knowledge of and years of experience in the real estate market in the Balkans as he worked in various projects, mostly of private equity, in Bucharest Romania since 1999. IHOR Real Estate was created to cover the gap in professional services in this sector in the Balkan teritory and to provide tailor-made projects according to customers' needs. In the latest years, IHOR has become a one-stop-shop, a bespoke firm for hotel and student housing investments in Greece.
